Cake Pick-Up & Delivery Policy

All cake orders are available for pick-up or local delivery only.

Pick-Up:

• Cakes must be collected at the scheduled time.

• Please handle cakes with care once they leave our premises.

Delivery:

• Local delivery is available for an additional fee.

• A valid delivery address and contact number are required.

• Someone must be present to receive the cake at the scheduled time.

Missed Pick-Ups/Deliveries:

• We cannot guarantee freshness or availability if you miss your scheduled time.

• Refunds are not provided for missed or failed pick-ups/deliveries.
